There are many benefits to setting up a regular meditation practice for example, an elevation in your emotional & mental health, a decrease in age related memory loss & disease, helps ease chronic pain, promotes the quality of sleep, and builds inner strength which allows you to create healthy habits through self-awareness.

 In this program you’ll learn four different meditations that produce specific outcomes. They each have a breathing exercise, a mudra (or hand position), and a focal point. This course is set up beautifully to meet and support you wherever you are along your meditation journey. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned meditator, this program is for you! Each meditation can be adjusted to fit your level of practice and you’ll be shown how to make these adjustments in the videos. In the program, we’ll also explore the why’s and how’s. Why we do certain things and how these things benefit us.

About Your Meditation Guide

Meegan Gibson of Sunshine Holistic Wellness is a certified Kundalini Yoga Meditation and breath teacher. Meegan is formally trained in various meditation styles and mindfulness techniques through The Chopra Center, Kripalu Center and other trainings. She loves to explore meditation as a tool for introspection, self-awareness, and transformational growth. She works in her private practice with adults and children to equip them with mindfulness tools to manage stress and identify then process through the emotional body.
